My Texas gal pal, Charlene was in town for Kim Caldwell’s Artistic Affaire Les Sirenes event last week. I wasn’t able to attend, but I made sure I was able to scoop up her up and have a very long dinner so we could catch up. We met last February at Art & Communion in Dallas and we instantly hit it off. It felt so good to give her a big HUG. And if you know Charlene, you know that here signature always says HUGS!
She is such a doll and brought me the most FabUlous birthday gifts. How cute is this Lolita glass; it has the “Wild Thing” cocktail recipe on the bottom of the glass!
Then she made me this adorable fairy princess box that barely made it through airport security. I totally lost my mind when I saw the FabUlous vintage tiara inside! This was one of her purchases at Paper Cowgirls; think I might need to go next year!
Ok, I’ll admit it . . . I did try it on when I got home and it fits perfectly, of course! Can’t wait til we meet next March at Round Top. Love ya, girlfriend!

I've been wanting to go to Paper Cowgirls. It's a bit far though and I really want to go to Silver Bella next year. Hope I get to go. Love the tiara and looks like you had a lot of fun. Happy Birthday!
It looks like the two of you had a wonderful and fabulous time! I bet you will be great friends forever!
I am a new sister from the Bloggereete Sorority. I am making my way to meet each of the lovely ladies in the sisterhood. I would like to say hello and invite you to my place...www.mommiesandbeyond.com
Oh sweet girl I LOVE THIS POST! But, man I look tired! Am I that old or just that tired? As I said in my post... that long plane ride makes me realize how far away from my beloved California coast & friends I really am. My scales & tail are drying out from this horrid heat!!!! I MISS YOU!!! And we will be BF's forever. And of course the tiara fit. Your questioned it? FIT FOR A PRINCESS! HUGS! Charlene
So good to see a photo of you and sweet Charlene! I know you girls had such fun.
Hugs

I'm so happy you got to see Charlene while she was on your side of the earth ;)
She walked up to me at Paper Cowgirl, raised that Tiara up and said..."do you think Sandy would like this?"
Needless to say, I busted out laughing and said..."well HELL YEAH!"
Charlene is such a sweetie :)
You deserve all this goodness!!!!
I am so joining you guys! You just have no idea! Can you imagine what kind of trouble we can all get into together? WHOO HOOO!!!!!!
